I’m Maggie Fisher and joined Vocational Vistas after moving to the Pacific Northwest from Texas. I have a Master of Social Work and have spent over 10 years in the social service and non-profit sector. My focus has been on providing employment services to persons with disabilities. Fun fact about me, I am fluent in American Sign Language. In my free time, I love doing anything outside and enjoy hiking, kayaking, and camping.

I’m Gail Dunavan and joined Vocational Vistas in May of 2022 after spending about 20 years in higher education as an academic advisor. I have a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Counseling. My favorite part of being a vocational counselor is getting to hear people’s stories – finding out about their lives, what’s important to them, and helping them reach their goals. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my Golden Retriever, Willow.

I have been working within the field of vocational rehabilitation for over 15years. I obtained my Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2007 from California State University, Los Angeles. I'm also nationally certified as a rehabilitation counselor. My expertise incudes vocational evaluation, transferable skills analysis, national/local labor market analysis, labor market surveys, on-site job analysis, interest/aptitude testing, ergonomics, light/modified duty, ability to work assessments, and training plan development. I strive to provide objective and sound vocational services to assist individuals with returning to work as well as assessing an individual’s ability to work. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son, playing guitar/singing, and hiking/camping.
